· 50gr. sugar
· 75 gr of semi-cured cow cheese (without rind)
· 2 eggs
· 125 gr of whipping cream (35% fat)
For the liquid caramel
· 75 g Sugar
· 1/2 glass of water
· Juice of 1/2 piece of lemon
Step 1. We crush the sugar with a whisk arm or an American mixer, so that it remains as powder (icing sugar). Add the eggs and the rindless cheese cut into small pieces and beat again. Finally, add the cream and beat again. Set aside.
Step 2. We make a golden caramel with our ingredients and coat the walls of the mold.
Step 3. Preheat the oven to 160ºC and introduce our mold with the cream cheese for 35 minutes. We will check that the cake is curdled by pricking it with a toothpick.
• We cut it into portions and accompany it to taste, a little ice cream, some red fruit compote... everything will work.
