Step 1. If we have not bought the kid in pieces, our first step will be to chop it. Next, we season the kid.
Step 2. Soak the peppers with the breadcrumbs and the vinegar.
Step 3. Peel, chop and brown the garlic. When the garlic is golden, mash it. To do this, use the mortar. At the same time, mash the breadcrumbs and soak these two ingredients with vinegar.
Step 4. Fry the kid and sauté with oil. When this step is completed, we will pour the wine over the kid.
We boil it to remove the alcohol from the wine.
Step 5. Next, we add the pudding that we have prepared previously to the kid and pour half a teaspoon of paprika. Add 0.200 litters of water and let it stew for 30 minutes.
