Ingredients:

· 1,200kg of asparagus
· 1 piece (1 kg) bread from Alfacar
· 1 garlic bulb
· 1 tablespoon chicken soup
· Extra virgin olive oil
· 6 eggs
· Salt, pepper and bay leaf

PREPARATION

Step 1. Cook the chicken broth

Step 2. Clean, blanch and ration the asparagus

Step 3. Cook the garlic and add the asparagus, when they are integrated add the chicken broth and mix.

 

PLATING

• Cut the bread and place in a deep plate, put the egg in the center and serve the soup with a jar.
