PREPARATION

Step 1. Mix the chopped cookies with the melted butter and put in the bottom of the mold.

Step 2. Use a large bowl to beating the fresh cheese and the cream cheese. Add the eggs, salt, sugar, and flour and beat. Add the cream, the cured goat cheese and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.

Step 3. Pour the mixture over the previously prepared base and bake for 30 minutes at 190ºC.

 

PLATING

• It can be served with asparagus jam, kumquat and ginger or honey to taste.
