The variety of crops that we find in Granada’s lands offer the best vegetables and greens, with their own label and which are exported internationally. Its greenhouses are the witnesses of this important sector of agriculture on the Costa Tropical, such as peppers.

Also, the cucumber presents us with a little surprise, the snack cucumber or also known as mini cucumber.

This variety is characterized, in addition to its size, by a characteristic refreshing flavor, which is grown in the Castell de Ferro, Motril or Almuñécar areas.

Aubergines or courgettes complement some of the most important strongholds of the agri-food industry on the Granada coast, which is also recognized for the tomato production. And especially of its narrowed range such as cherry, which perfectly combines in its flavor the balanced touch between sugar and acidity, ideal for the kitchen or for snacking.
