Fresh and pasteurized milk, also suitable for consumption as a drink, allows the obtaining of a wide range of derivative products that carry the Granada brand wherever they are marketed. Cheeses with cow’s milk are the brand of the house, in their presentation both in cured, semi-cured or creamy depending on the time of maturation. And famous cheese factories bring some of these delights to our tables, most of them located in the capital of Granada but also in other localities of the Vega.
And the natural yogurts, delicious desserts that are proof of good work both in heating the milk as well as with the fermentation. Goes well with any combination such as jams, with local fruits or nuts or with a small splash of honey.
